3. Collection and use of information.
a. We collect data about you directly from you and automatically through your use of our Services. We may combine data automatically collected with other data that we have collected about you including from publicly available sources. We encourage you to provide only that data that is necessary for using our Services.

e. Background Check Information: Depending on the requirements of the third-party software we use for background checks, we may collect additional personal information. This could range from basic information such as your first and last name and address(es), to more sensitive information such as your Social Security Number (SSN).
f. Password: We collect and store passwords to ensure the security of your account and protect your personal data.
g. SSN, TIN, professional license and certification information, W9 information: In certain circumstances, such as for employment purposes or business-related interactions, we may collect Social Security Numbers (SSN), Tax Identification Numbers (TIN), professional license and certification information, and W9 information. g. Verification: in order to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or deletion, we may require you to verify your identity before you can submit a privacy request to know or delete personal data. In order to keep your data accurate and complete, you can log in to review and update your account data. You may also contact us to: request the personal data we have collected from you or request the rectification or deletion of such data. We will do our best to honor your requests subject to any legal and contractual obligations. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails from us, you may opt out at any time by using the link in the email itself. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) days to process your request.
i. SMS SERVICE AND TCPA COMPLIANCE. For users who opt to receive SMS text message communications from us, we collect and store user phone numbers and the content of those text messages. This information is solely used to deliver the SMS services users have requested and consented to receive as part of our services.User phone numbers and text message content are stored by our SMS providers in compliance with all TCPA regulations for text messaging services. We provide two distinct options to opt-out of receiving future SMS communications: replying "STOP" directly within the SMS program or by contacting customer support via support@wreno.io to request removal.
h. Authorized Agent. You may submit a request to know or a request to delete your personal data through an authorized agent. If you do so, the agent must present signed written permission to act on your behalf and you may also be required to independently verify your identity and submit proof of your residency.
i. In accordance with applicable law, we are not obligated to provide or delete consumer information that is de-identified in response to a consumer request or to re-identify individual data to verify a consumer request.
